PH SVESIS S.A. is proud for the fully owned production facilities that manufactures its products. It is a state of the art factory occupying an area of 2000 square meters at the 72nd kilometer of Athens-Lamia National road.
It consists of two independent, robotic, fully automated SMT assembly lines each capable of placement of more than 10000 components per hour. The high accuracy Samsung pick and place machines are used for the SMT assembly. Inline reflow ovens made by IEME perform the SMT soldering while the through hole soldering is performed by an Electrovert econopak gold wave soldering machine.
All products are according to ROHS (Lead Free) requirements of European Union.
The firmware programming and testing of the various PCBs is performed by automated, custom designed and built (in house) test beds (JIGs). This eliminates human error, maximizes production and guarantees a high level of reliability.
The factory is kept under active certification to produce and mark CPD as well as LPCB products. The certification schedule (quarter annually and annually for CPD & LPCB) is carried out from EVPU and BRE. It is also covered in the ISO9001:2008 certification and quality manual, reviewed annually by BVQI.
